Please note the following before making your purchase.

Out of Stock

  • If an item is out of stock online, please get in touch at rbsagallery@rbsa.org.uk and we may be able to restock the item for you


  • The RBSA Gallery Shop currently delivers to the UK only. Where possible, Standard UK delivery is fulfilled by Royal Mail.   


  • All items are usually dispatched within 3-5 working days after an order has been placed. Please allow 5-7 working days in total for the arrival of your parcel as delivery can take longer than expected in the current climate.  


  • Shipping prices are based on charges calculated from the weight and dimensions of the package to be delivered. Items worth over £50 will be sent by Signed For delivery.   


  • Shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you submit your payment.



  • You have several rights as a consumer. These include the right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or mis-described. 


  • In addition to your legal rights, we also allow you to exchange goods if you change your mind. For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt (or gift receipt) within 14 days of the date you receive the product, and we will offer you an exchange.  


  • Our policy does not cover earrings or face coverings. 


  • Customers are responsible for all postage or delivery costs relating to purchases and returns. 


Commissions and Special Orders 


  • A minimum of a 50% non-refundable deposit must be paid for all commissions and special orders. 


  • Alterations or resizing may carry a small charge.


Craft Items 


  • When selling artworks and craft, RBSA Gallery is acting as an agent for the original artist. 


  • Please note most items are handmade by independent makers, therefore, are subject to availability and may look slightly different to the item pictured. 



  • If RBSA Gallery has insufficient stock to deliver the goods you have ordered, we will inform you by email at the address given in your order form. Most products in the RBSA Gallery Shop are handmade by independent makers, therefore, if we have insufficient stock for the item you have ordered, we will contact the maker to inquire about an additional item.  


  • If we can acquire the item you ordered, please note that it may look slightly different to the item pictured. If we are unable to acquire an extra item, the total sum you paid which may have been debited from your credit card, will be credited to you within 30 days of the date of your order. 


  • If an item is out of stock, if we are unable to obtain authorisation for your payment or if we identify a product or pricing error then we may choose not to accept your order; We reserve the right to reject any offer to purchase by you at any time. 


Pricing and currency 


  • The total cost of your order reflects the price of the items ordered plus shipping fees for postage. All products are priced in pounds sterling (£) and prices include UK Value Added Tax where applicable. RBSA Gallery reserves the right to change prices at any time. 



  • Upon receiving your order, all credit and debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. Good will not be dispatched until these checks are complete and payment received. If we are unable to authorise payment your order will not be accepted and RBSA Gallery will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. 


Data protection 
  • RBSA Gallery will never make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes. RBSA Gallery will keep a record of your address details with the intention of sending your order.
