Ways you can support the RBSA and artists
RBSA Building Fund
We are soon to begin a crucial programme of works on our distinctive and much loved building in the heart of Birmingham’s Jewellery Quarter Conservation Area. These essential works to the exterior, the ground floor and our gallery spaces are now critical and will help us to secure a future for the next generation.
Founded in 1814, the Royal Birmingham Society of Artists is one of the oldest art societies in the UK, as an artist-led charity we are reliant on grants and donations and on your most valuable and generous support.

The impact of Covid-19 has left cultural organisations across the globe struggling with limited financial capacity. The RBSA Gallery endeavours to continue through this period of uncertainty, but we also face substantial financial loss.
The RBSA has worked hard to reopen the gallery safely, providing opportunities for artists to exhibit and for visitors to stay connected with visual arts.
As a registered charity, we rely on donations to keep the gallery running through challenging times. Please support the RBSA with a donation.
