Course description: One-to-one sessions for artists working in any medium who want to improve their ability to light and photograph their work, and prepare their images for use online. These sessions will allow participants to learn techniques and identify the best lighting setup and camera settings or post-processing techniques for the consistent production of high-quality images of their work. 50 minute One-to-One Tutorial: chose either (a) or (b) • Develop skills and knowledge to consistently produce high quality images of your artwork. (a) Lighting and photography • Light your work evenly. • Use lighting to reveal the work’s unique qualities. • Photograph your work clearly using a digital camera. (b) Post-processing • Post-process your images using suitable software Course outline for the day • Practical and personal application of knowledge and techniques • Chose either (a) Lighting and photographing or (b) Post processing images. After you book a place you will be emailed the full workshop outline which includes the material list and a list of the materials provided.

Cancellation Policy

• If you, the customer cancels your booked workshop, we are unable to offer you a refund. • Transfers to an alternative workshop may be possible depending on the circumstance and is of the discretion of the RBSA Gallery. • In the event of under-subscription, workshops may be cancelled or re-arranged. We will give you as much notice as possible if this happens and you will be able to transfer to another course or receive a full refund. The RBSA is unable to refund additional expenses, such as travel and accommodation. • If you are booked on a workshop and do not turn up on the day, a refund will not be given.
