Covid-19
The RBSA ground floor retail space is open to the public. The craft shop and ground floor exhibitions are accessible for visitors to browse and buy gifts. A small selection of artworks from the Prize exhibition are be available to view on the ground floor.⠀
⠀
In line with Tier 3 restrictions, the rest of the building remains closed. Our current exhibitions continue online until January so you can enjoy art from home.⠀
Good to Go
The RBSA has implemented further hygiene and social distancing measures with advice from the UK Government, as the safety of our visitors and staff remains our main priority.
Recently, we were awarded a UK-wide industry standard Good to Go certificate. The Good to Go scheme requires businesses and attractions to adhere to UK Government official guidance.
Social Distancing
There is signage around the gallery to help remind you to keep your social distance from other visitors and RBSA staff. There are limited entry numbers into the gallery for safe social distancing, therefore at busy times you may be asked to wait.
Cleaning & Hygiene
We have a sanitising station set up at the front of the building for you to use. Our team will be cleaning more regularly and paying extra attention to frequent touch points.
Face Coverings
Visitors must wear face coverings while in the gallery and shop unless you are exempt.
Payments
We are accepting cash and card payments. To help reduce the contact between you and our staff, we ask you to pay by card if possible.
Online Exhibitions
For those staying at home, we are displaying some exhibitions online. See what's on.
