Memory Stather

Memory Stather

Memory has lived and worked all over the world, from South Africa to Hong Kong and from Singapore to Malta. In the early 1990s, she moved into jewellery-making and enamelling and by 1997, had started up her own business in the Jewellery Quarter. This has been a success and Memory continues to make contemporary stone-set pieces. She was elected as an associate of the RBSA in 2001 and as a member in 2002. Memory has always been interested in art, sculpture and design and has a varied career as a photographer, sculptor, conservator and gemmologist. In recent years, Memory has returned to her childhood hobby of pastel painting. She is currently experimenting with watercolour.
