Danica Evans

Having been passionate about drawing and painting from childhood, I finally studied fine art as a mature student, first at Bournville School of Art and then at Margaret Street, UCE Birmingham, where I obtained my BA and MA between 1988 and 1994. I became an Associate Member of RBSA in 2004.
Having gravitated towards sculpture during my studies, I have since returned to drawing and colour. My work is objective and I enjoy the interplay of everyday objects on a two-dimensional surface where, what is initially closely observed, can take on a life of its own.
