Carol Baker

'I work as a Graphic Designer and professional artist from my studio in Chase Terrace. I attended Matthew Boulton College and later studied at Lichfield School of Art.
I regularly exhibit in galleries and open exhibitions and a selection of my work has been produced as limited edition prints which can be found widely in many galleries throughout the UK.
Inspired by the landscape, bold, vibrant colour and texture fascinate me and I strive to create exciting and evocative paintings. I paint in acrylics and mixed media. Always looking for new ways to work, I believe this is a great cure for boredom and allows me to be more expressive. For me, painting comes from the heart and it is something I am highly passionate about.'
